General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for trusting healthcaremagic.
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

The given X-ray film suggest the presence of some opacity in the upper portion of your right lung. Most often it is caused by healed and old tuberculosis. Koch infiltrates is nothing but another term form tuberculosis.
It does not indicates active infection and no treatment is necessary in most of the cases. Sputum examination is negative for tuberculosis means no active infection and thus no treatment is required as of now.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.

Regards.

Infiltrates as described shows some active respiratory tract infection whereas it's minimal and Koch infiltrates as mentioned means tuberculosis infection
infection. You should go for some sputum examination for ZN staining to confirm tuberculosis infection
